Buyer request: My Fashion & Luxury B2B department will gather the requests forwarded by buyers partners and will send an invitation to the brand stock center and suppliers companies members with attached the instructions to participate to the business deal.

The potential suppliers selected will formalize their availability by means of a sales estimate quoting ex-work / stock prices and quantity available.

Cost estimates, quantity available will be insert into the My Fashion & Luxury B2B Procurement platform and forwarded to buyer partners.

Brands selection: Before proceed, need verify that the products requested  have already completed the national labels procedures or exist formally brand authorization to sell and distribute to target market. If necessary or requested from the buyer, is possible also organize buying missions directly to the Brands Show Rooms.

The cost about any kind of certification or buying mission or any other kind of shipments and cost, will be paid by buyers. Any specific material certificate and any other analysis costs will be paid by buyers.

Bid / Deal: Once we receive the formal purchase order from our buyer partners, My Fashion & Luxury B2B will issue a formal order to the Brands suppliers that includes the selected brands and products selected.

The order will also specify any commercial condition and obligations for the seller. In the same time will be defined the triangular commercial operation connected ( Delivery, payments etc..)

To reduce any costs and maximize the economic advantages, the forwarding agent will collect goods within the terms specified and dispatch to the clients in one single shipment.

The producers / distributors company will issue a regular invoice to the order of the My Fashion & Luxury Dept., which will be liable for payment. In turn, the My China B2B - Fashion & Luxury Dept. will issue a regular invoice from the buyer clients.
