Buyer request: My Food & Beverages B2B department will gather the requests forwarded by buyers partners and will send invitation to the potential suppliers companies members and attached the instructions to participate to the business deal.

The potential suppliers selected will formalize their availability by means of a sales estimate quoting ex-work prices and quantity available

Cost estimates, quantity available will be insert into the My Food & Beverages B2B Procurement platform and forwarded to buyer partners.

Producers selection: If the products requested don't have already completed the national labels procedures or for specific request from buyer partners, should be requested a shipment about product samples.

The various companies sample will be delivered through My Food & Beverage B2B HUBs, which will then dispatch them to clients in one single shipment.

The cost of shipments will be paid by producers (Suppliers) according to the number of samples provided. Any certificates and analysis costs will be paid by producers (Suppliers).

Bid / Deal: Once we receive the formal purchase order from our buyer partners, My Food & Beverage B2B will issue a formal order to the suppliers that includes the selected food products.

The order will also specify any commercial condition and obligations for the seller. In the same time will be defined the triangular commercial operation connected ( Delivery, payments etc..)

To reduce any costs and maximize the economic advantages the forwarding agent will collect goods within the terms specified and dispatch to the clients in one single shipment.

The producer / distributor company will issue a regular invoice to the order of the My China B2B - Food & Beverages Dept., which will be liable for payment. In turn, the My China B2B - Food & Beverage Dept. will issue a regular invoice from the buyer clients.
